Sisu is a Finnish word variously translated as stoic determination, tenacity of purpose, grit, bravery as is held in heart by Finns to express their character. Jasmin was raised with SISU by her strong Finn Mom who was was the ultimate host and inspired Jasmin to pursue a life creating tasty and memorable experiences.
